1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions serve as an agreement between the 2222 bd platform and the user. In this document, "platform", "service", or "we" refers to 2222 bd and all its operating activities. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered account holder.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. The service is only for persons of legal age — that is, individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use the service. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.

2222 bd reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any change is considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of updates.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• When opening an account, you must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must be of sound mind and using the service entirely of your own free will.
• Opening or using an account from any area where such services are legally prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Login Credential Security

Users must keep their password and account details strictly confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the 2222 bd support team must be notified immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at 2222 bd can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts may be rejected.

Before each deposit, ensure that your account is fully verified. Deposit processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are also processed through the same mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile number registered on the account. Bonus balance in the account must meet the specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn (details are provided in Section 4).

3.3 Fraud and Misuse

If any suspicious transaction or attempted fraud is detected, 2222 bd may hold the relevant withdrawal or investigate the account. The account may be temporarily deactivated until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

2222 bd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

Bonus funds are not cash — they are for gameplay only, and winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once and applies to one account only.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 2222 bd reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus claims may be subject to a time limit — the specific terms of each offer apply separately.
• To prevent bonus abuse, the platform monitors transactions and may investigate accounts where necessary.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical error, it will not be treated as a valid bet. 2222 bd reserves the right to make final decisions in any dispute relating to sports event results or odds.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed before a bet is placed may change. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds. For multi-bets, all selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is void.

5.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. If an event is abandoned or its outcome is uncertain, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with 2222 bd's policy.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Any bet connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be immediately cancelled.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Using or sharing another user's account credentials is prohibited.

6 VIP and Cashback Program

2222 bd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is provided at each tier based on net weekly losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may have separate wagering requirements.

VIP tier is based on the user's activity and overall contribution — higher tiers can be reached through regular play. 2222 bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms or suspend a user's VIP benefits at any time.

7 Security and Account Verification

7.1 KYC Verification Process

2222 bd verifies accounts to ensure safe and transparent transactions. A national ID card, mobile number verification, or other supporting documents may be requested as needed. Withdrawals or bonus claims may be restricted until verification is complete.

7.2 Technical Security

2222 bd uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to protect members' data and transactions. However, 2222 bd is not responsible for all risks associated with internet use.

Users are advised to: log in only from their own personal device, exercise caution when using public Wi-Fi, and change their password regularly.

9.2 User Rights

A user may request account closure at any time. At the time of the request, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met).

If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a written complaint by email. After receiving the complaint, an investigation will be conducted within a reasonable time and a decision will be communicated.

11.2 Final Decision

In any dispute relating to game results or the validity of a bet, 2222 bd's server records will be treated as the final evidence. If a user gains an unfair advantage due to a technical error, 2222 bd reserves the right to recover it.
